So the queen will arrive in Uganda to open The Heads of Government meeting to be Chaired by Yoweri Museveni president of Uganda. He will,  I am sure have much sympathy for fellow traveller General Pervez Musharraf, as he too is trying to overturn constitutional term limits.

But it is not all negative, as in the past The Gambia, Sierra Leone, Fiji and Pakistan have been expelled resuting in a change of Government, sorry forgot Nigeria.
