<description><![CDATA[<p>John Mann MP was asked by Gordon Brown to make proposals for the next Manifesto on Drugs and Alcohol. This blog is to ask what you think about the issue and influence the outcomes of review. Both Labour and non Labour Party members are welcome to respond.</p><p>John Mann was elected the Member of Parliament for Bassetlaw in 2001.
